System Administrator

Hands-on expertise in handling performance, availability and scalability of infrastructure
1. In-depth Knowledge of Security and Security tools like intrusion detection system, centrally manage virus scanners etc. Hands on Linux system administration [CentOS/ Redhat/ ubuntu], network, Security, cloud operations and storage systems will be a plus.
2. Cloud environment administration (AWS preferred) & understanding of cloud solution architectures and approaches from a technical (infrastructure), DC management, High availability, day to day operations support.
3. Responsible for the customer facing production environment monitoring, change management, performance, release/ deployment, security, reliability, availability, capacity, latency, and other non-functional concerns.
4. Deployment and Management of Ngnix, MySQL, MongoDB, NFS, Nagios, DNS, Open VPN, SVN, Etc. Experience with Open source technologies and knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python etc.
5. Compliance to IT audit recommendation and ensure 100% adherence for system audit.
6. Experience in infrastructure capacity planning based on key attributes.
7. Right attitude - Passion for creating something new & creating history, flexible, continuous learner, excellent communicator, team player, appreciates challenge, comfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving.
8. Certifications in respective area will be a plus.

Customer Support Executive

1. Maintain customer focus at all times and respond to customer enquiries over e-mail, phone and chat using Best Practice guidelines
2. Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to the Team
3. Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution
4. Maintain knowledge of all Existing and Upcoming products of the company
